Ada Maria Isasi-Diaz said it best “I always ask that three things be said of me: I am a Cuban and value my Hispanicness (it is not inconsequential!); my main concern is the building of sisterhood – the bonding of women; I am an organic theologian – I theologize as part of the struggle for liberation of women.” Isasi-Diaz’s lecture addressed the changes needed within the Catholic Church to make women’s ordination possible.
