[Note from C. S. Lewis to John B. Ransom III]
John B. Ransom III, a Nashville native, studied literature at Balliol College, Oxford, in the summer of 1950. He requested a visit with the writer C. S. Lewis, who taught at Magdalen College, Oxford, and Lewis wrote this brief note to let him know when he could come by. Note the misspelling of “Ransom” and Lewis’ attempt to hand-correct the typewriter’s mistake.
