Dear Doctor Bishop,
I thank you so much for sending me the copy of Health Briefs containing the sketch of the progress of state health work in Tennessee. I am pleased that you still remember us old fellows and some of our early labors. I am glad that your state has made such substantial health programs, so much of it under your administration, and of course I am gratified that you attribute some of this to the seed I tried to sow in 1915.
Yours most sincerely,
Charles V Chapin
