Main Building

Main, also called Kirkland Hall, has always been the focal point of Vanderbilt. Initially the home of classes and the central hub, it is now the Administrative building and houses the offices of the leading Vanderbilt officials such as the Chancellor. Pictured here is Main around 1875, right after construction.
