Created around 1965 by the Vanderbilt International Student Association, this work contains favorite recipes originating from 20 countries including Afghanistan, China, Colombia and Greece. Also of interest is the fact that the ‘first lady’ of Vanderbilt and namesake of the library, Jean Heard, was involved in its production.
