Climate Fiction

Climate fiction, or ecofiction, confronts humanity’s relationship with the environment and the challenges of ecological change. Futures shaped by rising seas, resource scarcity and ecological collapse serve as calls to action, dramatizing the consequences of ignoring catastrophic environmental changes. Common themes include scarcity of resources, authoritarian regimes and social inequality compounded by environmental stresses.
