In Miliáns work, “I would like to write like Vallejo,” the author refers to the masterful Peruvian poet, César VaIlejo, who has been called one of the world’s greatest poets of the 20th century.  By 2008, Vigia’s handmade books had become more intricate in their stand-up format, though they still made use of charmingly simple artistic features and materials they could readily obtain, such as copies of his handwritten poems and a basic yellow pencil.
